2026-2027 Travel Play-Up Request Contact Form

This form is to request your player be evaluated for the upcoming 2026-2027 season with a team other than your player's age appropriate team. Your player will be evaluated by the Coaching Directors with both age groups to determine which is most suited for their personal development and the team development. This is not confirmation that your player will be moved to the non-age appropriate team. A determination will be made following the Evaluation process and a response will be sent by the Director of Coaching with a determination.
